Publish changes
Save your work as versions and publish changes to your documentation site.
Save your changes as a version
As you edit your documentation, you can save your changes as a version. Versions act as snapshots of your documentation at a specific point in time, allowing you to track and manage your changes before publishing.
To save a version:
- Make your changes to pages, navigation, or configurations.
- Click Save Version to create a new version with your changes.
- Add a description to help you identify what changed in this version.
Publish your changes
When you’re ready to make your changes live:
- Click the Publish button.
- Your documentation site updates immediately.
Once published, your changes are live and visible to all visitors on your site. There are no additional steps required.
View published site
After publishing, you can view your live documentation site to verify your changes are displayed correctly. Your site reflects the published version instantly.
